Ganache Chocolate Cake
A well crafted piece of art, it is as shiny as a mirror made out of creamy dark chocolate, built out of Viennese sponge cake chocolate layers that are connected to eachother with a rich filling of dark chocolate and cream, then given a dress of marzipan before decorating it with the last layer of chocolate ganache to make it reach one level byond being the best chocolate cake ever.
White Lady Cake
the white lady is a beloved cake made out of Viennese sponge cake Vanille layers that are so fluffy and soft, filled with a top quality home made Butter cream then covered with a layer of best quality marzipan that is perfected before giving the lady its almondy tasty dress, and perfecting it with a super beautiful Butter cream icing topped with pistachios for more luxury.
Linzer Cherry Cake
Linzer Cherry cake is a traditional specialty from the heart of Linz in Austria, when you know it has a sweet buttery cookie dough infused with cinnamon for its base, followed by a Viennese sponge chocolate cake base and those sour cherries, then your imagination will tell you this fusion of different flavours is going to have a party in your mouth, for sure after catching your heart using that buttery-cinnamony cookie dough net shaped heart catcher on top
